Sweet and Tender

This variety offers large, flattened green heads that are split-resistant. It is a vigorous grower and a heavy producer. Plants are easy-to-grow, but should be timed so heads mature in cool weather. The vitamin-rich heads are delicious cooked or raw in salads and coleslaw.
